The ten weeks move through three phases, following the architecture itself:
- Phase One– Stabilization
Regulation and Coherence. The foundation: the nervous system steps out of threat, internal friction falls away, and clarity becomes possible without force. Everything above this depends on it.
- Phase Two - Integration
Orientation and Embodied Intelligence. Perception sharpens — you read self, context, and consequence accurately — and perception begins to translate directly into aligned action. Seeing and doing become one movement.
- Phase Three - Mastery
Being. The four capacities stabilize together into a single operational state – presence without fragmentation, authority without strain – that you carry into the most complex rooms. What began as a process becomes simply how you operate.
